Zodiacal Course  

DEDICATION

I dedicate this course of esoteric education to humanity and most especially to all of the disillusioned people of schools, religions, lodges and sects. This course of inner self-education and true practical knowledge is for them.

There are two kinds of knowledge: the doctrine of the eye and the doctrine of the heart.  The doctrine of the eye is for those who are content with spiritualist theories and the doctrine of the heart is for authentic Initiates.  All of the members of the so-called spiritualist schools belong to the doctrine of the eye, and its concepts are as variable as the opinions of those who write them.  All of the Masters of the Universal White Brotherhood belong to the doctrine of the heart, since the primeval truths of the One Wisdom are enclosed within it.  One doctrine comes to us by means of deduction and the other through intuition.  One is produced by the intellect, the other by the Inner Master.  One is human, the other divine. 

The doctrine of the eye strengthens the mind.  The material mind in and of itself is the dwelling place of desire: it thinks, rationalizes, analyzes, draws conclusions and leads to wrong action.  It wants to resolve everything by itself, without ever taking the voice of the Inner Master into account.  The Inner Master does not analyze, reason or argue, but rather His voice is the voice of intuition.  The doctrine of the heart opens the doors of the hall of Wisdom.

Spiritualist schools have now given what they had to give.  Centers of wisdom have become places of business, each one with its tyrant who prohibits its adepts and students from throwing themselves into the search for knowledge.  Here the prohibitions, there the excommunications and threats, and they always keep leaving things for tomorrow; now the password, the protective amulet, the ne plus ultra of the secrets that no other school possesses, and these anxious tyrants wait for ages for their hardened followers.

We don't want idolizers of schoolmasters, nor are we interested in followers.  We are signposts, so don't become attached to us because our labor is not one of proselytizing.  With logical thought and exact concept we point out the path to follow so that anyone may reach their Inner Master, the one who dwells in silence within each one of you.  We inform you that wisdom belongs to the Innermost and that the virtues and spiritual gifts are not a matter of poses or of feigned meekness, but they are tremendous realities that turn us into powerful and gigantic oaks so that against our strong personality the blustery winds of thought, the threats of the tenebrous, the envy of tyrants and the abuse of the evil are dashed to pieces.

This course is for all of the rebels of all schools; for those who don't compromise themselves for schoolmasters; for those of all belief systems who don’t conform; for those who still have some courage and a spark of love left in their hearts. 

We're not interested in anyone's money or excited by monthly fees or halls of brick and mortar because we are conscious attendants of the Cathedral of the Soul and we know that wisdom and money don't go together.  Adulation annoys us, regalements make us weary and praises should be only for our Father who is in secret and who watches us closely. 

We are not in search of followers, we only want that each person follows himself, his own Inner Master, his sacred Innermost, because that Innermost is the only one that can save us and glorify us.  “I don't follow anyone, so no one should follow me.”  Human beings shower us with human wisdom and our Father with the Bread of Life.  The truth is what will make you free.  Those who follow it become commanders of themselves and are blessed. 

We don't want more comedies or farces or false mysticism and false schools.  We want living realities now, to prepare ourselves in order to see, hear and touch the reality of those truths.  We grasp the sword of the will in order to break all of the chains of the world and throw ourselves intrepidly into the tremendous battle for liberation, because we know that salvation is within the human being...

Onward, conquerors!  Warriors, to the battle!
