The Absolute Man
CHAPTER 9
RELATIONSHIP WITH SIVANANDA
The grave is not the goal of men, no more than is the earth the goal of seeds. Life is the consequence of death. The seed may seem to die, but from its grave the tree arises into life. So man may seem to die, but he lives on, and from the grave he springs up into life. (Levi H. Dowling)
In V.M. Samael´s work The Perfect Marriage, he tells us:
When Initiates have been illuminated by the Brahmanic fire, they enter the esoteric or secret circle of humanity. In that circle we find an ineffable family, constituted by those old Hierophants that in the world are known as avatars, prophets, gods, etc. The members of this distinguished family are found among all the advanced races of the human species. Those beings are the founders of Buddhism, Taoism, Christianity, Sufism, etc., etc. Really, these beings are few, but in spite of being so few they are the directors and governors of the human species.
(The Perfect Marriage, ch. 19, “Psychic Development”)
From the beginnings of the formation of the International Gnostic Movement, the Venerable Master Samael had access to that secret fraternity called the Conscious Circle of Solar Humanity. The members of said circle are self-realized beings who, besides being the owners of themselves, govern the four elements of nature, namely: Water, Fire, Air and Earth.
That was the reason why in those days the Eminent One maintained direct contact with two great initiates who at that time were physically incarnated. We are clearly referring to the great Indian guruji Swami Sivananda and to the Venerable Master Luxemil, whose profane name was Francisco A. Propato.
The Avatar of Aquarius along with those two Masters constituted what he at first called A.G.L.A., which stood for Acción Gnóstica Libertadora Amerindia ["Gnostic Amerindian Liberation Action"]. The word AGLA was also the synthesis of three movements with clearly defined organizations that pursued a common objective: the awakening of consciousness in the human being.
In South America, the Master Luxemil headed up what he called A.L.A.S., which meant Acción Libertadora Americana del Sur ["South American Liberation Action"]. In India, the great guruji Sivananda directed the Sivananda Aryavarta Ashram and in the Mexican capital the Venerable Master Samael was the driving force behind the International Gnostic Movement.
This triangle of forces efficiently helped the expansion of revolutionary spiritual restlessness during the sixties. Unfortunately fate cut that esoteric alliance short due to the deaths of the great guruji Sivananda and of V.M. Luxemil.
However, for authentic awakened human beings, the loss of the physical body is in no way an obstacle for continued association with each other and to continue fighting for the great orphan that this poor suffering humanity has become.
This is the case entailed in the narrative that we now insert here for the reader and which springs from the experience lived by V.M. Samael. Listen:
Many pseudo-esotericists and pseudo-occultists read Sivananda. There is no doubt that this man really was a Guru Deva who worked intensely for the suffering humanity. I confess that in truth I never liked his Hatha Yoga; those kinds of acrobatics have always seemed to me to be like something from a circus. I never thought that anyone could self-realize by becoming a circus acrobat.
However, it should be known that the aforementioned yogi worked profoundly and very secretly with sex-yoga. It seems that he only used Hatha Yoga as bait in order to fish in the river of life. I am pleased to tell our dear readers that the Guru Deva Sivananda disincarnated joyfully in mahasamadhi (ecstasy).
I met him in the parallel universe of the fifth dimension. Great was my happiness upon seeing that this man had fabricated the solar bodies in the lit forge of Vulcan. I was extraordinarily surprised upon verifying that this Master had already died in himself before dying. Sivananda worked intensely in the Great Work of the Father, so we are speaking of a Guru Deva in the most complete sense of the word.
Our meeting was very unique. It took place within a beautiful sacred space where I was fulfilling my teaching duties. Suddenly the great yogi entered and, as if wanting to recriminate me, he said, “You are vulgarizing the doctrine.”
Obviously he was referring to the disclosure of the Maithuna (sex-yoga) among the profane. I did not at all stay silent. My answer was frank and sincere; since I belong to the virile fraternity it could not be any other way. I firmly declared myself, saying, “I am ready to answer any questions put to me among everyone here in this place.” The Guru Deva Sivananda, however, being an enemy of all dispute, preferred to seat himself in the sacred Buddhist posture and then submerge himself in deep meditation.
I felt the mind of the yogi within my own hidden depths. This man was diving into, examining, exploring my most intimate depths. There is no doubt that Sivananda wanted to speak with my real Being, whose secret name is Samael, and he achieved it.
Astonished, I could only exclaim, “Sivananda! You are a true sanyasin of thought!” The Guru Deva, filled with ecstasy, arose and embraced me. He had comprehended the revolutionary approach of our doctrine and he exclaimed, “Now I am in agreement with you and I will tell everyone to read your books.” He afterward added, “I know your Mother,” (referring to my particular Divine Mother), “I have seen her very well-dressed and wearing a white mantle that goes down to her feet.”
The meeting was tremendous and other things happened there that here I keep silent because they don´t fit with the theme of this chapter.
(Runic Magic, ch. 7, “Rune Is”)
It is clearly wondrous, dear reader, to float above the quagmire of life when one does not have a sleeping consciousness. That unique gift belongs to those who have encountered and utilized the fundamental key the opens the shackles that imprison souls sentenced to the hard labor of “existing.” That key, that precious jewel, is the primary weapon with which those aspirants of perpetual enlightenment battle the pluralized ego. The name of that key or artifice is none other than meditation.
Let us recognize with a poem the transcendental value of this noble gem, which unleashes all its fury in us like an electrifying lightning bolt from the Divine Spirit:
To meditate, mystical reader, is to courageously knock on the doors of reality, and to one day joyfully find the beauty and hidden majesty of the Being.MEDITATION
Precious gift of the free human being,
Giver of peace, of light and of love,
Supreme antidote, infallible remedy,
Liberating vehicle, mystic’s repose.
Marvelous path of so many splendors,
Way of the prophets, martyrs and saints,
Hidden reliquary of the triumphant ones,
Prescription for abolishing all tears and pain.
Meditation: painful via crucis,
Rose with thorns and exquisite perfume,
Inexhaustible mine and fountain of knowledge,
One and only road that leads to the Being.
Magical key of all the ascetics,
Mantra “OM” of the Absolute,
Indian MANI, secret jewel,
PADME or womb that contains it as fruit,
HUM is the silence of the realized man.
Meditation: Divine liqueur of illumination
Drunk from the cup of concentration
Meditation: Sublime fire that consumes
Diamond lotus breathing out its perfume.
To meditate is to encounter God
Beyond the prisons of the mind.
To meditate is to hear the still small voice
That tells us the truth, that never lies!
